What happens after my 30 day free trial?

You will still be able to log in, but the ability to place new truck requests will be disabled. Upgrading to the paid plan is very simple and will immediately restore full functionality.

BroadLoop is ALMOST perfect. It's just missing...

We designed BroadLoop so you can request and track vehicles temporarily. By keeping the system loose and flexible, more customers can benefit from the software. If you need something specific for your business that is missing from BroadLoop, please let us know (support@meta-ct.com). Who knows, maybe you're not the only one who might need that feature as well. If so, we may add it into a future release.

How long do I have to sign-up for BroadLoop?

There is no minimum commitment to use BroadLoop. As long as you find value in our product, we hope you will continue to use it. Feel free to stop at anytime.
